Why OUR I'm Possible Personal Training?
The most common training mistake is to find a personal trainer and cram as many workouts into a week as possible. This often happens in the "off-season" or a few weeks before a tryout.
As one of the world-leader's in basketball skill enhancement, we know how to get players to the next level. This comes from not only enhancing your skills through our training program, but also spacing your personal training sessions out in a manner that serves long-term growth.
What is Personal Training?
Personal training means "personal attention" and focusing on each individual's personal weaknesses. While many people get caught up in the "private training" mentality, 1-on-1 doesn't mean better quality. In fact, our personal training sessions may include up to 1-3 additional players to enable more effective workouts.
There are two levels to the personal training program to choose from:
LEVEL ONE

The Micah Lancaster Checklist Training App is what our trainers use to document your training journey. After each of your workouts with your trainer, your trainer will check off the skills that you accomplished, allowing you to go back and review the skills on your own.
Not only does this allow your trainer to stay organized in your process, but it allows you to train on your own and get extra work in as well. This training app, loaded with more than 600 skills and methods comes free with your Personal Training membership!
By signing up for any programs through our site and submitting payment via PayPal, the parent/guardian/participant agrees to the following Release of Liability Agreement.
